Understanding CNC Cutting Tolerances
Tolerance levels matter. We break down the difference between standard and tight tolerances, and when each makes sense for your project.
Precision parts for manufacturers. Custom fabrication. Prague-based expertise.
We've been cutting precision metal parts since 2018. Whether you need standard components or one-off custom pieces, we're focused on getting the details right the first time.

Not all steel is the same. We explain stainless vs. mild steel, hardness ratings, and what actually matters for your specific application.
How we verify every part meets specification. The measurement techniques, testing procedures, and documentation that keep parts accurate.
Walk through our process. We take your CAD files, run design checks, set up the machines, and produce parts that fit your specifications exactly.
From your specification to finished part — here's what happens at each stage
You send us your requirements — CAD files, drawings, or even a description of what you need. We review everything and identify any questions about material, tolerances, or finish.
We check the design for manufacturability, suggest material options if needed, and set up the CNC machines. This usually takes 2-3 days depending on complexity.
The machines run your parts. We monitor each step. Once cutting's done, we handle any finishing — deburring, surface treatment, drilling, or threading as needed.
